Please note that some of these projects (mostly those predating June 2009) were handled by the same devoted core team but under our old name “SHKR FAM PRODUCTIONS”.
11.17.09 Joker & MC Nomad, Mindelixir, Sonkin, Midnight Ace, etc @ Club 828 (Asheville, NC)
We teamed up with Mindelixir Presents on this one to deliver a devestating dubstep blow to Asheville. It was an amazing show!
10.29.09 Official STS9 Afterparty: Caspa, Evol Intent, Two Fresh, Agobi Project @ Club 828 (Asheville, NC)
Sold this show out so hard, it was ridiculous.
10.16.09 Bonobo, Orchard Lounge, Paper Tiger @ Club 828 (Asheville, NC)
Handled coordination of street teaming for this event and put together a pack of local music fans to get the word out. Show sold out 3o minutes before it even started!
10.10.09 Bassnectar, DJ Vadim & Mindelixir @ The Neighborhood Theatre (Charlotte, NC)
Co-presented this show and oversaw all internet promotion for the event. Was a sold out show and featured one of the longest (over 2 1/2 hours straight) sets Bassnectar had ever played on the east coast. A good time was had by all.
9.19.09 Rusko & Plastician @ The Masquerade (Atlanta, GA)
Co-presented this event along side Household Management and Mindelixir Presents. Was an amazing success and marked the first time each headliner had played in Georgia!
9.15.09 Skream, Mindelixir, Midnight Ace, Charlie P, Hey Whorehey @ Club 828 (Asheville, NC)
Another killer show from Skream. We were happy to be on home turn for this one. Club 828 is a joy to work with and Skream had recovered better from his major jet lag for this show. Also a first in the state appearance for Skream.
9.14.09 Skream, Mindelixir, Charlie P, Mayhem @ Filter (Atlanta, GA)
Having never done our own show in Atlanta before, this was a challenge and we threw a rager at this downtown Atlanta venue. In the process, we gave Skream his first ever show in Georgia!
9.4.09 New Skool Jumpoff @ The World Grotto (Knoxville, TN)
Co-presented, handled internet promotion, designed the flier as well as consulted for the event. This was The World Grotto’s last show and it killed. Building was packed and everyone had a great time. Performances by Two Fresh, Devonwho, Mage, Dailon and Truly Grimy.
8.21.09 Nosaj Thing @ Stella Blue (Asheville, NC)
Aided in online promotions and helped organize local street teams. Show featured performances by Nosaj Thing, Uno Fresco, DJ Kidsmeal, Karius Vega, Arpetrio and more…
8.13.09 Mindelixir, The Midnight Ace and Bookworm @ The Catalyst (Knoxville, TN)
Handled aspects of the online promotion for this event. We were up against a very large local battle of the bands event and still managed to get a strong and extremely enthusiastic turnout!
7.24.09 Bele Chere Latenight Rager @ Club 828 (Asheville, NC)
Did all booking, promotion and production for this event. Turnout was great, everyone had a blast! Peformances by Two Fresh, Mindelixir, The Midnight Ace, Skew Records crew (Moving Temple vs Peripheral, Sonmi Suite) and Mr. Invisible. This event set a record for ticket presales at this venue!
6.19-21.09 Dexfest @ Sherman Oaks Campground (Dandridge, TN)
Provided design work for internet flash based promotional widget. Handled internet promotional strategy. Provided booking services. Headed on-site security team on Saturday and Sunday. Aided in setup of key structural elements for festival including 2nd stage tent (it was huge!)
6.16.09 Benga @ Club Nashwa
Acted as co-promoter for event along side Mindelixir Presents. It was agreed by many that this show was the rowdiest event to take place on a Tuesday night in Asheville in some time. Performances by Benga, Mindelixir, Midnight Ace, Sonmi Suite, Deformati, Kevin Focus, Cleofus, DJ Nod, Intrinsic, Agobi Project, Moving Temple and Peripheral. Video projections were done by Night Light Riders and lighting direction by Music Matters.
6.12-14.09 Dubocracry @ 595 North (Atlanta, GA)
Provided graphic design services for printed promotional fliers as well as internet promotional support. Event included performances by Benga, Starkey, Joe Nice, Sub Swara, DJ Spooky and more.
6.4.09 Gift of Gab @ Emerald Lounge (Asheville, NC)
Provided internet promotional support, show sold out in record time.
5.16.09 Eliot Lipp @ The Orange Peel (Asheville, NC)
Provided graphic design for promotional materials.
5.15.09 Laura Reed & Deep Pocket @ Nashwa (Asheville, NC)
Handled all internet promotion and provided graphic design for all printed materials. Some street team coordination work was also done. Show was packed!
5.8.09 Heyoka @ Nashwa (Asheville, NC)
Acted as sole promoter for this event and handled all production details as well as booking. Event included performances by Heyoka, Medisin, DJ Bowie, Tn’T. Projected video displays by Night Light Riders. This was Heyoka’s first show ever played on the East coast and we will certainly have him back soon!

Provided graphic design services for all fliers and posters for this event.
5.1.09 Mayhem on Mayday @ Nashwa (Asheville, NC)
Acted as sole promoter for this event and handled all production details as well as booking. Event included performances by Mayhem, DJ Krumbz, Total Recall, DJ Bowie. Projected video displays by Night Light Riders. Live painting by Tom Roughton and Josh Spiceland and Brandon Paul.
4.17.09 Jantsen @ Nashwa (Asheville, NC)
Acted as sole promoter for this event and handled all production details as well as booking. Event included performances by Jantsen, Medisin, Tn’T, DJ Bowie. Projected video displays by Night Light Riders. Live painting by Tom Roughton and Josh Spiceland. Custom TV osciliscope visuals by Max Shepard.
4.10.09 & 4.11.09 Tron-A-Thon @ Nashwa (Asheville, NC)
Contracted to aid in viral internet promotion and also provided graphic design for all staff, artist, all access and VIP laminates. Turnout was in excess of 500 people per night. The event took place at Club Nashwa (Asheville, NC)
4.2.09 Summer Pop-Off (Nashville, TN)
Provided graphic design for the posters and fliers for this upcoming event.
3.27.09 Mochipet @ Nashwa (Asheville, NC)
Acted as the sole producer of the show, handling all organization, promotions, booking and other logistics. All promotional graphics were also done in house. This event featured performances by Mochipet, Randombeat and DJ Bowie and live painting, projected video displays by Night Light Riders. Turnout was a little over 225 people and the event took place at Club Nashwa (Asheville, NC)

Provided graphic design for both shows and aided in internet promotion. Events took place at The Emerald Lounge (Asheville, NC) and The World Grotto (Knoxville, TN)
2.14.09 The First Annual Loveapalooza @ The Garage (Asheville, NC)
Acted as the sole producer of the show, handling all organization, promotions, equipment rental, booking and other logistics. All promotional graphics were also done in house. The show included live painting by two artists, couples photography, a charity art auction and performances by Two Fresh, Agobi Project, Sonmi Suite, Bookworm, Total Recall, DJ Bowie and Jerkface. The event lasted a whopping 8 hours and had a turnout of roughly 425 people (the club has a 300 person capacity). The event took place at The Garage in Biltmore Village (Asheville, NC).

Provided graphic design for the fliers and posters used for the event. Event took place at The World Grotto (Knoxville, TN)
1.29.09 The World Grotto presents Freeform Thursdays (Knoxville, TN)
Created the poster for The World Grotto’s recurring Freeform Thursday night featuring sets by Randombeat and friends.
12.13.08 Two Fresh and Funk Sway @ The Emerald Lounge (Asheville, NC)
Provided graphic design for the printed materials and aided in internet promotions.
11.15.08 Afterparty: Telepath’s CD release party at The Orange Peel @ The Garage (Asheville, NC)
Acted as main promoter for the show and provided graphic design for printed materials. Acts included Two Fresh, Bookworm, Ease and Jerkface with a guest apearance by Allen Aucoin (The Disco Biscuits) and Ed Pesante (DJ Drizno). With only 3 days notice we managed to get a turnout of approximately 150 people. This event was hosted at The Garage in Biltmore Village (Asheville, NC).
10.31.08 Afterparty: Bassnectar’s performance at The Orange Peel @ The Garage (Asheville, NC)
Acted as main promoter for the show and provided graphic design for printed materials. Acts included Agobi Project, Two Fresh, Ease and Bookworm. Approximate turnout was about 350 people. This event was hosted at The Garage in Biltmore Village (Asheville, NC).
